Mirain Gwyn set up Pantri Taldraeth in 2020, which produces home-grown, award wining produce including ‘World’s Best Marmalade’ and ‘Great Taste’ awards.
Mirain made a name for herself by winning numerous culinary awards at Agricultural shows including the Royal Welsh Agricultural Show from an early age.
Local produce is used, at their best, during the season, to produce chutneys, preserves, jams, and jellies. Many of the fruits are grown on site - 'from garden to jar' - and collected by hand. Some fruits such as strawberries and raspberries are collected from a fruit farm in North Wales. The only imported fruit is the fruit for the marmalades.
The 110g jars are on sale on site for £2.50 each.
By now Pantri Taldraeth has expanded its range of products including cakes, biscuits and other treats for all occasions including boxes and hampers.
Fresh and dried wreaths in various sizes are on sale on site during Christmas or Easter.
Pantri Taldraeth pop-up shop is open during December or contact us before hand to order.
